Case Studies
Documented engagements, published only from verified data.
We publish case studies in a single consistent structure, anonymized and reviewed. We do not publish illustrative results, projected savings or composite accounts.
Every engagement is documented the same way, whether or not it is ever published. The structure below is how we record what was found, what was decided, what was implemented and what changed.
Problem
The situation as the contractor experienced it — a renewal, a claim, an audit result, a capacity problem or an acquisition requirement.
Diagnostic
What the Risk Diagnostic found across the program, operations, claims, subcontractors, fleet, safety, contracts and underwriting position.
Strategy
The risk-control, documentation, structure and market decisions taken in response, and the reasoning behind them.
Execution
What was actually implemented, by whom, and on what timeline — including what the client's team owned.
Outcome
What changed, stated factually and without generalization. Results are specific to an account, a period and a market environment.
Engagement types we document
Subcontractor controls
Agreement structure, endorsement standards, verification and enforcement.
Umbrella capacity
Layer construction and market appetite for roofing severity exposure.
Workers' compensation and EMOD
Classification, reserves, return-to-work and promulgation timing.
Fleet improvement
Driver standards, telematics adoption and MVR enforcement.
Claim reserve intervention
Documentation, reserve review and carrier coordination on a developing loss.
Program restructuring
Retentions, limits, structure and total cost of risk evaluated together.
Contractual risk transfer
Upstream obligations compared with downstream requirements.
Acquisition and PE diligence
Loss history, completed operations and post-close program reset.
Renewal preparation
Diagnostic, improvement and underwriting strategy on a real timeline.
Published cases
No case studies are published at this time.
A case study appears here only once the underlying engagement data has been verified and the client has approved an anonymized account of it. Until then, the methodology is documented in full across Our Approach, the Risk Diagnostic and Risk Management.
Start with an analysis, not a quote.
The most useful first step is a diagnostic of your own program rather than a description of someone else’s.
Any results described in a published case study reflect a specific account, period, jurisdiction and market environment. Past outcomes do not indicate that similar results are available to other contractors, and nothing here is a guarantee of coverage, pricing or claim outcome.
