Roofers Specialty — Insurance & Risk Management, powered by The Duncan Group

Partner Programs

A program structure for organizations that serve roofing contractors.

Associations, peer groups, manufacturer networks and platform investors all field the same insurance questions from their members. We build a consistent way to answer them.

The problem

Members get inconsistent answers.

A roofing association with two hundred members has two hundred different insurance situations, handled by two hundred different brokers, with no shared standard for what good looks like. When a member asks the association a question about subcontractor requirements or experience modification, there is rarely a reliable place to send them.

A partner program gives the organization one specialized resource, one education calendar and one review standard — without requiring any member to change brokers.

Program components

What a program includes.

The structure is consistent. The content is built for the specific membership.

Education for the membership

Sessions and written material on subcontractor risk transfer, experience modification, fleet severity, contractual liability and renewal strategy — built for the partner's audience, not recycled marketing.

A dedicated intake path

A co-branded page and intake form so members reach the same team, with their affiliation recorded, rather than being routed through general inquiries.

A consistent review standard

Every member receives the same structured diagnostic, so results are comparable across the membership instead of depending on who they spoke to.

Program-level reporting

Where the partner wants it and participants consent, aggregate and anonymized observations about what is driving cost across the group.

Access to the Risk Toolkit

The same documentation framework and educational resources we build for clients, made available to program participants.

A named point of contact

One team accountable to the partner organization for responsiveness and follow-through, not a rotating queue.

Who this is for

Organization types the structure fits.

Trade associations

State and national roofing associations whose members ask insurance questions the association is not positioned to answer.

Buying and peer groups

Contractor groups where members share operating standards and want a consistent insurance and risk approach across the membership.

Manufacturers and distributors

Organizations with certified or preferred contractor networks where warranty, installation standards and risk intersect.

Franchise and platform networks

Multi-location operators that need a repeatable insurance program across markets rather than a different broker in every city.

Private equity platforms

Investors consolidating roofing operations who need diligence support and one program structure across acquired companies.

Software and service providers

Platforms serving roofing contractors whose customers repeatedly hit insurance, certificate or subcontractor documentation problems.

How we operate

What we will not do.

A partner program is only useful to a membership if it is honest about its own incentives.

  • We do not represent a relationship publicly until it is executed by both organizations.
  • We do not pay for endorsements or buy placement as a preferred provider.
  • We do not require members to move their insurance to participate in education.
  • We do not share an individual member's information with the partner organization without that member's consent.
  • We disclose any compensation arrangement with a partner to participating members.

Active programs

Current partner organizations.

We publish a program page only after an agreement is executed by both organizations. No partner programs are listed at this time.

Inquiries

Discuss a program for your organization.

Tell us who your members are and what they keep asking about. We will tell you honestly whether a program makes sense.

Submitting this form does not create an insurance relationship, bind coverage or guarantee eligibility. Information shared is used to evaluate and discuss your insurance and risk management needs.

A partner program does not create an insurance relationship between Roofers Specialty and the partner organization, and participation does not obligate any member to purchase insurance. Nothing on this page is an offer of coverage.
